Why skip the dealer.
Dealers usually need the car on their lot, which means a tow when you have no key, and then a wait for parts. We carry key blanks and programming equipment in the van and do the work where the car sits: your driveway, a parking garage, or a store lot.
Some newer models need dealer-only parts or codes. When that is the case we tell you on the phone instead of sending someone out.
