Most lockouts do not need a drill. We start with picking or a bypass tool, which leaves the lock working. If the lock is high-security or damaged, we explain the options and the price before touching it.
Before we open anything we check that you live there, own the car, or are authorized for the business: a photo ID with the address, a lease, registration, or a call to the owner. It takes a minute, and it is the same check that protects your door from someone else.

How soon can you get to a lockout?

Will you damage my door or lock?
Almost never. We pick or bypass the lock first. If a lock cannot be opened that way, we tell you before drilling and include a replacement in the price.
What ID do I need?
A photo ID showing the address, or something else that proves you live there, such as a lease or utility bill. For cars, ID plus registration or title.
I lost my keys, not just locked them inside. What now?
We get you in, then rekey the locks so the lost keys are useless. For cars, we cut and program a new key.
