Keys in the locks of a steel safe

Safe work we do.

Home safes, gun safes, fire safes, and office safes.

  • Safe opening

Lost combination or key. Manipulated or opened with the least damage the safe allows, then repaired.

  • Combination changes

New combinations set on dial and keypad locks, for new owners or after staff changes.

  • Lock repair and replacement

Worn dials, failed keypads, and broken handles repaired or replaced with a better lock.

  • Electronic keypad service

Dead or glitching keypads diagnosed, battery issues sorted, and keypads replaced.

  • Safe installation and anchoring

Safes placed and bolted to the floor so they cannot be carried off.

Getting into a safe without ruining it.

A safe is built to keep people out, so opening one takes the right method, not force. We try the least destructive route first and repair what we have to touch, so the safe keeps protecting what is inside.

For locked safes we ask for proof that the safe and its contents are yours before opening it.

Good to know

  • Try fresh batteries on a keypad safe before calling
  • Write your new combination down and store it away from the safe
  • Bolt the safe down; small safes are easy to carry away
  • Fire rating and burglary rating are two different things

Questions people ask us on the phone.

Can you open a safe without drilling?

Often, yes, by manipulation or bypass. Some safes need a small drill point, which we repair afterward.

My keypad safe will not respond. Is it broken?

Often it is just the batteries. If new batteries do not fix it, we diagnose and replace the keypad.

Do you open gun safes?

Yes, with proof of ownership.
